What is brand design?

Brand design starts before your business does. It is everything you do which becomes part of your business.
It takes four disciplines to create a brand. Each are in some way involved with your brand design.

Content creation

In today’s business content is the number one way of being optimized on search engines. Everyone who is successful online creates content. It can be used many different ways. Some use it to draw customers into their sales funnel. Most all use it as part of their sales funnel. In almost every case it is used on websites. It is also used in marketing and advertising, although this is done sparingly.

Social media

Today’s brands almost always use social media. Some do a better job at it than others. Understanding the proper use of social media is a necessity for most successful companies. This is where they will learn what their customers think about their product, get feedback for improvement, and handle their reputation management.

Web technology

This is where you get into all those initials. PHP, CSS, and HTML5 are part of every IT’s life. It includes more though like understanding how to insert social media sharing as well as adding anything to a website they need to be interactive. It is also setting up the buttons which allow people to buy.

Logo and related visual design

This is what you are going to show the world. We recently worked with a website owner who said their site looked like it was put together by a school age child. There was no logo and the website was badly designed. The owner had no idea what was possible. In this case we didn’t design the website. Our job was to show the owner what was possible. Now it is still all the owners work yet professional.

What do you believe?

Too many people believe if they are in internet marketing everything should be only online. Nothing could be further from the truth even if they live at the beach miles from anyone. Unless a person has what they need to survive delivered there are going to be chances to interact with the world around them. If they don’t interact they are leaving way too much on the table for someone else.

What does this mean?

If you are in business and you leave your office or home office always carry a business card. Take time to talk to people you meet. Sometime during the conversation there is generally a time to pass them your business card. If the person you are talking to has no need ask them to pass it on.

What we do

Our business is creating identities and image. We design holistic brands. Some of our services are creating business cards and other print media designs which match the overall brand design. The approach we use is tying all aspects together. Website, social media, IT, and content together create your identity and image. We also consult with those who wish to do their own; supplying only the areas they are not expert in.
